Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in relevant tech leadership or a Master's with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability leading technical pre-sales or partner-facing engineering teams.
• Experience shaping partner enablement and revenue-driving strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner Program Advancement: drive partners up Cisco Partner 360 tiers and certify staff.
• Strategic Technical Focus: promote Data Fabric, AI, and data intelligence to build differentiated practices.
• Partner Practice Maturity: assess gaps and design multi-quarter enablement roadmaps.
• Strategic Enablement: design trainings, labs, playbooks, and reference architectures for GTM priorities.
• Joint Solution Development: co-develop solutions with partner teams aligned to platform strategies.
• Technical Advocacy & Liaison: serve as the main contact for partners on roadmaps and integrations.
• Sales & RFP Support: provide technical input for RFPs and partner-led demos/POCs.
• Operational Governance: track metrics and standardize enablement methodologies for scale.
• Leadership & Culture: hire, coach, and develop a high-performing PSE team.
