Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master's with 5+ years.
• 5+ years of broad/deep knowledge in Security, Observability, Event, or Network Management.
• 3+ years of people management leading pre-sales or partner-facing engineering teams.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and developing talent across career stages.
• Strong operational acumen including partner capacity planning and enablement roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PSEs as the primary technical liaison between Splunk/Cisco and partners.
• Advance Cisco Data Fabric strategy using Data Intelligence and AI for partner differentiation.
• Assess partner capabilities and design multi-quarter enablement roadmaps.
• Design and deliver technical training, labs, playbooks, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with partner and product teams for joint solution development.
• Serve as main technical contact for strategic partners and route feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Support Sales and RFP processes with technical input and POC demonstrations.
• Document engagements, track metrics, and standardize enablement methodologies.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing PSE team.
