Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Senior Partner Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a world‑class team and drive alliance initiatives with major technology partners. You will shape GTM plans, shepherd joint engineering and influence product direction with senior stakeholders.

In this role you will translate customer problems into simple, high‑impact data solutions, guide POCs and RFPs, and collaborate across internal teams and partners to accelerate cloud adoption of Cloudera's Enterprise Data Platform.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in building and guiding high‑performing teams.
• Strong alliance, GTM and joint go‑to‑market experience with partners.
• Experience managing joint business initiatives and marketplace integrations.
• Deep knowledge of the Big Data ecosystem and modern data management.
• Fluent with Kubernetes, programming languages and SQL.
• Four‑year degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world‑class Partner Solutions Engineering team.
• Drive alliances strategy, co‑selling and joint GTM with partners.
• Translate complex customer problems into simple, compelling solutions.
• Present roadmaps and outcomes to stakeholders from developers to CIOs.
• Move prospects through sales stages via labs, POCs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with channels/alliances to win new logos.
• Provide market feedback to influence product direction.
