Job summary

Hex is seeking a seasoned Partnerships Enablement Architect to build and run the technical enablement program for its SI and consulting partners in the San Francisco area. You will own the training curriculum, certification tracks, demo library, and partner enablement workflows to accelerate partner-led adoption.

You will deliver live and recorded trainings, run workshops, and act as the technical point of contact for strategic deals, shaping the partner program from the ground up.

Qualifications

• You’re a builder with hands-on technical expertise and partner enablement experience.
• You have 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• You design training curricula and enablement programs from scratch.
• You can deliver live demos and speak confidently to partner teams.
• You are comfortable with modern data tools and analytics stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the technical enablement curriculum for Hex's SI/consulting partners.
• Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library for Hex demos.
• Lead technical onboarding for new partners and conduct architecture reviews.
• Deliver live and recorded trainings on a recurring cadence.
• Serve as the technical lead for top partners on strategic deals.
• Create partner-facing technical collateral and guides.
• Provide feedback from partners to Product and Engineering to close gaps.
• Monitor enablement health metrics and influence pipeline.
