Job summary

Hex Technologies is seeking a Senior Partnerships Engineer to drive the technical enablement for its SI/consulting partners in a ground‑floor role. You will design training curricula, build a robust demo library, and lead onboarding to accelerate partner competency.

You will deliver live and recorded trainings, support high‑value deals, and create technical collateral while collaborating with Product and Engineering to close gaps in integrations and capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture with channel/partner focus.
• Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python; able to demo end-to-end analytics workflows in notebook environments.
• Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the technical enablement curriculum for Hex's SI/consulting partner ecosystem — certification tracks, workshops, sandbox environments, and reference assets.
• Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library for strong Hex demos by partner teams.
• Manage technical onboarding for new partners — enablement kickoff, joint solutioning, and architecture reviews.
