Biller Genie is seeking a tech-savvy Relationship Manager to enhance partnerships and grow relationships with ISOs and bank partners. This role involves supporting sales teams and requires a strong background in banking or merchant services.

As a Relationship Manager, you will provide tools and training to partners while tracking performance and sharing feedback with product teams. Ideal candidates have over a year of relevant experience and are proficient in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in banking and/or merchant services is required.
• Experience with SaaS products preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with assigned ISO and bank partners.
• Drive referral business by equipping partners’ sales teams.
• Track partner performance and provide reports.
