Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Merchant Relationship Manager to grow our merchant services business. You will prospect your sales territory, develop relationships with prospective and existing clients, and coordinate with commercial lenders, branch managers, personal bankers, and tellers to respond to referrals.

The role includes servicing and supporting merchant clients, troubleshooting issues, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of banking, financial services, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to cross-sell and explain products with confidence; regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generates new merchant services leads through outbound outreach and referrals.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships to drive long-term business.
• Leads full sales lifecycle from prospecting to funding.
• Uses CRM to track pipeline and manage activity.
• Collaborates with internal partners to position Bank solutions.
• Mentors junior Relationship Managers.
