Job summary

North seeks a Business Development Director to recruit and grow new ISO, Agent, ISV, and strategic relationships across North and its affiliates. The role focuses on expanding a partner network through non-self generated leads and building lasting client partnerships.

Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, driving revenue growth, and representing North at industry events and conferences. A strong merchant services background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years’ of proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting 1099/ISOs.
• Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota.
• Solid understanding of merchant services industry.
• Track record of growing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new sales partners (Agents/ISO’s/ISV’s/Strategic Partners) primarily via self generated leads.
• Respond to sales partner inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences.
• Sign, activate and grow sales partners in their first 12 months with NAB. Grow revenue within existing accounts using value selling methods.
• Understand products and services of North and affiliates and provide value based sales skills to secure additional revenue.
• Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to schedule A, new partner contract etc.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
