Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Merchant Relationship Manager to sell merchant services and manage client relationships within assigned markets. You will prospect, respond to referrals, and partner with commercial lenders and bankers to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes serving merchant clients, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing revenue growth through cross-selling, with incentives linked to performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or related industry is required.
• Proven ability to cross-sell and explain products/services with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Generate new merchant service leads via outbound calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
• Use CRM to track interactions, manage pipeline, and update records.
• Develop and manage a portfolio by identifying financial needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Lead full sales lifecycle: prospecting, design, proposal, negotiation, closing, funding.
