Job summary

InterSystems in Boston, MA is seeking a Partner Program Manager to lead the operations and continuous improvement of the Partner Program. The role focuses on evaluating processes, systems, and tools and implementing operational improvements and automation to increase efficiency and partner experience.

The position requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, building consensus, and driving change from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in partner programs or related operations.
• Experience with SharePoint, PRM, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Partner Program and guidance to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day operation of the Partner Program and administration of partner tools.
• Manage partner governance, renewals, compliance, and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and scalability through automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and experience.
• Ensure consistent communication of program updates to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support partner onboarding and ongoing participation.
