Job summary

PTC in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Partner Experience to shape end-to-end partner lifecycle, enabling onboarding, enablement, co-sell/resell, delivery, and growth. You will bridge Partner Programs, Enablement, and Partner Operations to deliver a cohesive and scalable partner experience, with data-driven improvements and global consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel strategy, partner enablement, partner operations, or partner experience.
• Strong experience working within or defining partner programs & partner journey mapping.
• Proven ability to connect program design to execution through enablement, tools, and process improvements.
• Experience collaborating closely with Enablement and Partner Operations teams.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (resellers, GSIs, ISVs) and lifecycle management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and feedback into program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Partner Network Program framework into a clear, actionable partner journey with program leadership.
• Ensure elements are accessible and consumable through tools, guidance, and enablement.
• Identify gaps between design and adoption, and recommend improvements.
• Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle from onboarding to growth, aligned to milestones.
• Ensure lifecycle stages reinforce program objectives like capability development and pipeline growth.
• Coordinate with Partner Operations to ensure scalable, global processes.
