Job summary

InterSystems is seeking a senior Program Manager in Boston to lead complex healthcare implementation projects using our methodology. You will govern the program, manage stakeholders, and escalate issues among customers, ISC, and partners throughout the lifecycle.

You will oversee Project Managers and teams, drive proposals, define scope, schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and ensure governance and reporting to the Implementation Director.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project or Program Management.
• Experience delivering complex healthcare solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Extensive track record of managing and implementing large ERP/HIS projects.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Be the ambassador to customers and escalation point between customer and Implementation Director.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously and guide the project team.
• Provide leadership and mobilize internal/external resources to achieve results.
• Lead estimation and development of Professional Services proposals with delivery teams.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and the Project Implementation Plan.
• Manage project scope changes, risks, issues, budget, and governance communications.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and manage implementation partners.
