Job summary

Supabase is hiring a Senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational backbone for Partnerships. You’ll design systems, processes, and reporting, and build internal tools to enable rapid decision-making with AI-assisted development.

You’ll report to the Head of Partnerships, shaping where partnerships invest and how playbooks scale with the team. Remote, global role with strong cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner operations, rev ops, or a related ops function.
• Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack.
• Comfortable operating as the operational voice in exec-level rooms.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development (Claude Code or similar).
• A point of view on partner economics to inform deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Own systems and data infrastructure for the partnerships org.
• Design onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
• Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and playbooks.
• Produce recurring performance reporting on partner-attributed revenue.
• Support strategic planning and cross-functional alignment.
