Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational backbone for Partnerships. You will design systems, processes, and reporting used by the team and build internal tools yourself.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development and data-driven decision making to scale the partner program. You will report to the Head of Partnerships, partner with regional and functional leads, and drive end-to-end ownership of partner tech, onboarding programs, and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function.
• Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack.
• Experience designing (not just running) programs at scale.
• Comfortable operating as the operational voice in exec-level rooms (QBRs, board prep).

Responsibilities

• Own the partner tech stack end-to-end including CRM partner objects and attribution tooling.
• Design and run partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports used by leadership to evaluate performance.
• Act as technical owner for partnerships' internal tools and automation.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to align on strategy and execution.
