Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a hands-on Partner Operations Manager (Contractor) in San Francisco to grow the plugin ecosystem for ChatGPT and Codex. You will own scalable partner enablement, support models, and cross-functional program workstreams, collaborating with Partnerships, Product, and Marketing.

The role emphasizes executing in ambiguous environments, building repeatable operating models, and leading partner launches across high-touch and self-service tracks through the end of 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner operations, program or GTM roles.
• Hands-on operator who can design and execute details.
• Strong program-management across multiple partners and launches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for partner-facing materials.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners in ambiguous environments.
• Experience turning manual work into repeatable operating models, incl. AI automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable partner enablement with launch planning and playbooks.
• Design and operate scalable partner support model.
• Improve processes, systems, and handoffs for scale.
• Build partner feedback loops and actionable recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and cross-functional workstreams.
• Run partner launches across high-touch and self-service programs.
• Translate priorities into program plans and operating rhythms.
• Track program health, surface risks, and communicate progress.
