Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a collaborative analytics professional to join the Global Partnerships team in Boston. You will design and build automation and workflows using agentic tools, surface insights from Salesforce data, and help scale Partner onboarding and business development processes.

You will also maintain reports and dashboards, analyze data in Excel/Sheets, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive process improvements and partner success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience.
• Experience building automation and workflows using agentic tools.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and data analysis in Excel/ Google Sheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Automation & Campaign Building: Design, test, and maintain automations using agentic tools to reduce manual work across internal and external processes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to scale partner account management across the Salesforce ecosystem.
