Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a collaborative, analytical professional to join the new ISV Partnerships automation team. You will design and build automation, workflows, and agentic tools to scale partner onboarding and business development across the Salesforce ecosystem.

With 2+ years of experience, you will analyze Salesforce reports, create data-driven dashboards in Excel, and work cross-functionally with legal, operations, and product teams to drive process improvements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

2+ years of work experience.
Experience building automation and workflows using agentic tools.
Experience with Salesforce reporting and data analysis in Excel/Sheets.
Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automations using agentic tools to streamline processes across ISV Partnerships.
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards; analyze data to drive decisions.
Identify manual processes and build scaled, automated solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, legal, operations, and product teams.
