Salesforce is seeking a collaborative professional to join the ISV Partnerships org. You will design and build automation and workflows, surface insights from Salesforce data, and help scale Partner Onboarding and Business Development processes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience, a comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of building scalable automation and reporting solutions within a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience.
• Experience building automation and workflows using agentic tools.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and ability to document processes and partner-facing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Automation & Campaign Building: design, test, and maintain automations to reduce manual work across internal and external processes.
• Reporting & Analysis: build Salesforce reports and analyze data in Excel to identify trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams to scale partner account management.
