Salesforce is seeking a collaborative, analytical professional to join our new ISV Partnerships team. You’ll design automation workflows, surface insights from Salesforce data, and help scale Partner Onboarding and Business Development processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience.
• Experience building automation and workflows using agentic tools.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and data analysis in Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work on a new team.

Responsibilities

• Automation & Campaign Building: design, test, and maintain automations using agentic tool to reduce manual work across both internal and external processes and engage partners.
• Reporting & Analysis: build and maintain Salesforce reports, and segment and analyze data in Excel to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for the team.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner closely with internal teams to scale the 'Digital PAM' role and drive scaled partner account management.
