Job summary

Ruijie Networks is seeking a capable sales support specialist to back-end support to system integrators, distributors, and channel partners. You will help establish service processes, including RMA procedures, and organize regular training and seminars to raise partners' technical capabilities.

You will respond to partner and customer requests promptly, ensuring timely resolutions, and perform POC testing and validation for new products to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support or enterprise networking product maintenance
• Experience with system integrators or distributors
• Strong coordination and resource integration abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin a plus
• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or similar are preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide back-end technical support to system integrators, distributors, and channel partners
• Establish and improve service process systems including technical support and RMA procedures
• Organize and manage regular after-sales technical training and seminars for partners and resellers
• Respond promptly to support requests ensuring timely resolution
• Conduct POC testing and functionality validation for new products
