Job summary

Far East Communications is seeking a qualified candidate to provide timely, in-depth support to the entire business team and drive technical excellence in pre-sales activities.

The role involves building training programs for internal and external teams, evaluating sales engineering capabilities, and gathering market feedback to align product and marketing strategies. Domestic travel is required, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Network/Engineering is required, with a Master preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or pre-sales related role with a solution sales model.
• Bachelor degree in IT, Network, Telecom, Engineering or related field; Master preferred.
• Able to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Supply qualified and timely support to the whole business team.
• Build up training program to offer qualified training system to internal & external team.
• Evaluate technical capability of sales team and promote consultant sales model.
• Collect application feedback from the market to support product & marketing function.
