Job summary

Connection is seeking a Partner Development Specialist to support pre-sales and partner program initiatives in Merrimack, NH. You will act as SME to Account Managers, drive campaigns, pricing and enablement, and help the field articulate technology solutions to customers.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, vendor program knowledge, and the ability to balance partner and company needs while delivering training and playbooks to the sales force.

Qualifications

• Requires strong MS Office skills including Pivot Tables and presentations.
• Familiarity with JDE and Business Objects and related systems.
• Aptitude for technology and attention to detail in documents.
• Ability to negotiate, upsell and secure favorable terms for customers and company.
• Proactively identify opportunities within existing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for pre-sales questions to Account Managers.
• Drive partner programs, campaigns, pricing and enablement campaigns.
• Engage with field teams to balance Connection and partner needs.
• Explain complex solutions in clear, non-technical terms to customers.
• Stay current on programs, tech knowledge and market trends.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
