Job summary

Connection is seeking a Product Manager to lead partner-driven go-to-market strategies and drive growth across selling subsidiaries. You will oversee development and execution of GTM plans, coordinate with internal teams, and manage collateral and campaigns.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is offered at this time. This role is based in Merrimack, NH with a focus on profitability and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Demonstrates business planning and strategic marketing plan development.
• Broad understanding of a partner-driven channel model.
• Experience with business planning and strategic marketing plan development.
• Attention to detail in composing and proofreading professional materials.
• Strong understanding of and working knowledge of the technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages category go-to-market strategies for the partner portfolio.
• Creates business plans to align Connection and partner goals and objectives.
• Manages creation of partner/program collateral.
• Executes plan while coordinating internal and partner resources to achieve goals.
• Monitors activities to ensure accountability and maximize ROI for partner.
• Measures and reports on partner performance metrics and enablement activities.
• Develops program strategies to support and drive partners and programs with internal resources.
• Collaborates with partner and internal teams to drive partner/program success.
• Uses sales data and surveys to inform strategy and initiatives.
• Communicates program potential to stakeholders and creates quarterly campaigns.
• Identifies eco-system partners to create solution-oriented programs.
• Evaluates new partner opportunities and onboards partners with contracts and pricing.
• Directs cross-functional activities to action partner business plans.
• Inspires and mentors product management resources on partner guidance.
• Facilitates onboarding training for internal resources aligned to partner programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
