Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Account Manager for AI-Native and Boutique SI Partners to own strategic relationships and drive joint business plans. You’ll collaborate with partner leadership and sales teams to create pipelines, co-sell with Anthropic account executives, and ensure strong partner performance.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals, share insights from partners, and ensure successful delivery of Claude-based AI solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of AI-native and boutique SI partners from practitioners to executives
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
• Lead partner business planning with mutual goals, target accounts, and success metrics
• Collaborate with partners' sales teams to identify opportunities and support deal progression
• Coordinate with Anthropic's Partner Sales, Programs, Support, Activations, and Success teams to maximize partner value
• Maintain regular operating cadence with each partner including business reviews against the joint plan
