Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager for Global and Regional System Integrators. You will own marketing for high-performance partners, develop joint campaigns, and drive executive programs to accelerate Claude deals.

You will build enablement materials, capture partner wins as proof, and align partner messages with Anthropic's campaigns to drive enterprise adoption of AI safety-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Have built and run partner marketing programs with Global System Integrators, major consulting firms, or regional systems integrators.
• Understand enterprise buyer journeys and can create marketing programs that resonate with C-level executives.
• Are skilled at developing joint value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for enterprise customers.
• Build trusted relationships with partner marketing and sales teams, and can move a partner on priorities you don't control.
• Can own a partner portfolio end to end within a team strategy, and know when to escalate.
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented, and can run multiple partner plans at once without dropping quality.
• Write clearly and precisely, with experience creating executive-level content and holding partner copy to a high bar.
• Are data-driven and comfortable tracking marketing metrics, analyzing performance, and optimizing programs based on results.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Have a 'get it done' mentality and aren't afraid to jump in wherever needed to ensure program success.

Responsibilities

• Own joint marketing plans for an assigned group of high-performing GSI and RSI partners, including quarterly planning, campaign calendars, and pipeline metrics.
• Develop joint campaigns and executive programs aimed at C-suite and senior decision-makers at enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and Alliances to identify priority accounts and build account-based plays.
• Lead joint announcements and ensure copy aligns with Anthropic's messaging and brand standards.
• Build value propositions, messaging, and enablement materials that help partners position Claude with enterprise clients.
• Turn partner deliveries into proof and produce partner-led customer stories meeting tier requirements.
• Coordinate with Campaigns team to integrate partner messages into Anthropic campaigns and provide enablement kits.
