Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group, is seeking a remote Partner Advocate to build and activate a national network of restaurant partners across the United States. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and activation efforts, coordinate documentation and compliance, and support market launches with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner relationships and growth opportunities.

Travel up to 25% may be required, and the role reports to the Sr. Director of Partner Engagement & QA.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7+ years in hospitality, restaurant operations, foodservice business development, vendor management, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners for current and future growth.
• Coordinate onboarding and activation of partners from commitment to launch.
• Gather and verify onboarding documentation and ensure compliance.
• Support market launches and partner activations in new markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and driving ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
