Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inbound lead queue and respond within SLA
• Conduct initial outreach and gather basic information for lead qualification and routing
• Log all lead activity in CRM with dispositions and next steps
• Route leads to BD or sales based on established criteria
• Maintain data hygiene by keeping pipeline stages and records current
• Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to manage follow-up and engagement
