Job summary

RINGANA seeks a Partner & Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for our US customers and Partners. You will respond across phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems, resolve inquiries, process account updates, and support order management with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with Logistics and Finance to resolve issues, provide product guidance and promotions, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service, call center, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with multi-channel support and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Assist with questions on products, orders, payments, and promotions.
• Process account updates and manage customer maintenance requests.
• Resolve routine complaints and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Guide on product usage and current promotional offers.
• Record interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
