Job summary

RINGANA is seeking a Partner & Customer Service Representative in Vinton, Virginia. This on-site role focuses on delivering timely, professional support to customers and Partners across phone, email, and chat while collaborating with Logistics, Finance and other internal teams.

You will handle product inquiries, orders, payments, promotions, and account services, while maintaining accurate records and providing product guidance and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on positive customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Assist with questions related to products, orders, payments, promotions, and account services.
• Process account updates, including address changes and transfers.
