Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Partner to build positive customer relationships and support customers throughout their experience with our company. This role works directly with customers to understand their goals, provide relevant information and resources, and help ensure they receive consistent support.

The Customer Success Partner will maintain ongoing communication with customers while collaborating with internal teams to address needs and strengthen the overall customer experience. This position is well suited for someone who is relationship-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with a variety of customers.
