Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customer promptly and professionally, confirms order accuracy and captures signatures.
• Supports initiatives such as freight recovery, service charge reduction, returns and collections.
• Assists customers consultatively to provide best solutions and captures urgency data (Need by Date).
• Knowledgeable on CAT and Prime Product lines; stays current on training materials.
• Communicates clearly about processing, tracking and completion of orders; relays info to management as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
