Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Partner Business Specialist to join the Technology Alliance Partner Organization. This remote role (Americas) reports to the Director, Partner & Alliances and drives structured business plans for partner alliances to strengthen Zscaler’s cloud security leadership.

You will build and accelerate partner-led pipelines, manage cross-functional relationships, and work with internal sales and partner teams to achieve regional revenue goals while enhancing collaboration across

Qualifications

Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and problem-solving
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
Ability and willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

Build and accelerate pipeline with partners to meet regional revenue goals
Build and maintain relationships within the alliance's business organization across Security, Network, Cloud, and Digital Workplace practices
Team with internal sales and partners to drive alignment and engagement to close opportunities
Build the partnership brand awareness both internally and externally
Cross-functional engagement with marketing, rev/ops, partner engineering, and regional partner business managers in the Americas
