Job summary

Zscaler, a leader in cloud security, seeks a Partner Business Specialist for the Americas. This remote role reports to the Director, Partner & Alliances and drives structured business plans with technology partners to expand revenue and secure cloud security leadership.

You will nurture executive relationships, align with security, network, and cloud practices, and collaborate across marketing, rev/ops, and partner teams to close opportunities and grow the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in sales, business development, or partnership management.
• Experience with GSI partners in the Americas and travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and accelerate partner-driven pipeline to meet regional revenue goals.
• Maintain relationships with alliance partners' business units (Security, Network, Cloud, Digital Workplace).
• Collaborate with internal sales and partners to advance opportunities to closure.
• Increase partnership brand awareness internally and externally.
• Coordinate with marketing, rev/ops, partner engineering, and regional partner managers.
