Zscaler is seeking a Partner Business Specialist in the Americas to drive structured partner alliances, accelerate revenue, and extend the company’s cloud security leadership. This remote role reports to the Director of Partner & Alliances and requires building strategic plans with partners while collaborating with internal teams to achieve regional goals.

You will foster executive relationships, manage programs, and ensure consistent execution across alliances.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance daily workflows and augment problem solving.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Build and accelerate pipeline with partners to meet regional revenue goals.
• Maintain relationships within the alliance's business org across Security, Network, Cloud, and Digital Workplace practices.
• Team with internal sales and partners to drive alignment and close opportunities.
• Build partnership brand awareness internally and externally.
• Cross-functional engagement with marketing, rev/ops, partner engineering, and regional partner managers in the Americas.
