Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with multiple product workflows.
- 8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or advisory.
- Proven ability to engage partner executives at VP+ level.
- Experience with partner ecosystems and co-sell motions.
- Understanding of AI-enabled workflows and platform governance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic interface for assigned partners, from pre-sales to co-innovation.
- Lead partner growth through technical excellence, business development, and solution strategy.
- Translate platform and AI capabilities into scalable, differentiated offerings.
- Coordinate with Partner Solution Architects and domain advisors to accelerate deals.
- Drive solutions to measurable business outcomes and partner ROI.
