Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Partner Technology Architect to act as the primary interface for Global and Strategic Regional partners. You will drive holistic partner growth via pre-sales excellence, business development, solution strategy, and AI-first adoption, aligning platform capabilities with partner outcomes.

You will lead strategic co-innovation, executive engagements, and prove business value through proofs of concept and compelling demonstrations across CRM, IT, Security, and Business Services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, enterprise technology advisory.
• Experience working with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or tech alliances.
• Strong executive presence with VP+ stakeholders.
• Ability to connect business strategy, industry context, and technology into growth plans.
• Experience shaping or scaling partner practices and go-to-market motions.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms and workflow-based solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled use cases and data-driven workflows.
• Industry vertical knowledge in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or public sector.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pre-sales and partner growth advisory.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions and executive briefings.
