Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Customer Activation Manager on the Partnerships team to drive activation and early growth of partner-referred customers. As an early member, you will help shape the Partner Success program and define the implementation motion.

You will manage partner relationships across segments such as Accounting, Private Equity, and Venture Capital, and you will own onboarding and education on Ramp's integration options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in post-sales or onboarding.
• Fluency with partner ecosystem operations.
• Strong project management skills.
