Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Customer Activation Manager on the Partnerships team to own activation and early growth of partner-referred customers. You will help build the Partner Success program and define the implementation motion for activation and expansion.

As an early team member, you will develop onboarding and enablement for Ramp products, manage partner relationships, and drive scalable onboarding with partners and their customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Partner Success.
• Fluency with partner ecosystem operations.
• Excellent project management and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering to share feedback and troubleshoot.
• Ability to learn Ramp product and explain its design.
• Track record of exceeding quota / metrics.
• Anticipate customer needs and position solutions.
• High adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key partner segments (Accounting, Private Equity, Venture Capital).
• Serve as trusted advisor and advocate for partners.
• Develop and deliver partner onboarding and education on Ramp's integrations.
• Collaborate with partners and their customers to drive onboarding at scale.
