Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) seeks a dynamic leader to design and execute partner enablement and activation programs that scale across services and channels. You will build content frameworks, campaigns, and showrooms that empower BD, PSA, and PDS teams to activate partners and drive business outcomes.

The role connects service teams with marketing, field activation and the Partner GTM organization to ensure consistent partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executives.
• Experience in partner marketing and demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the partner launch bill of materials for each AAIS service and for AAIS as a whole.
• Develop partner-facing enablement content: sales plays, use case one-pagers, proof points, guides and vertical deep-dives.
• Design and run activation campaigns with measurable outcomes and improve Partner Health Score.
• Own scaled partner marketing and communications across events and partner newsletters.
• Build and maintain digital showrooms and self-service content experiences for AI retrieval.
• Operationalize the partner onboarding framework across services including MAP, PRM, and training materials.
• Coordinate partner activation across AAIS services and interlock with peer teams.
