Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) is on a mission to make AI real for enterprises. We define and deploy production AI solutions, working with AI architects, business development colleagues, and GTM specialists to move customers from experimentation to real-world impact.

The team focuses on partner enablement, activation campaigns, and scalable content. This role supports the partner onboarding framework, drives cross-service collaboration, and aligns field messaging with AAIS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
Experience in partner marketing designing and building demand generation programs and events.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the partner launch bill of materials for AAIS services and the portfolio.
Develop partner-facing enablement content: sales plays and discovery guides.
Design and run activation campaigns with measurable outcomes and partner health metrics.
Own scaled partner marketing and communications across events and partner programs.
Build and maintain digital showrooms and self-service content experiences.
Operationalize the partner onboarding framework across services.
Coordinate activation across AAIS services and interlock with peers.
Partnerize GTM Acceleration content for Partner Central and field messaging.
Enable AWS field teams with quarterly sessions and ongoing cadence.
