Job summary

AmeriVet in Valdosta, GA is seeking a personable Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact in our clinic. You will manage calls, assist clients in person, schedule appointments, and process payments while delivering compassionate service.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Veterinary EMR experience is a plus; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or educational equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Available to work weekends and holiday rotations.
• Preferred: Veterinary EMR experience (Avimark, Cornerstone, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Answers calls and routes messages using a multi-line system.
• Schedules appointments and prioritizes lobby flow by vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs.
• Processes payments and maintains accurate cash drawer.
• Maintains client and pet records; retrieves records from other clinics as needed.
• Provides administrative support (scanning, updating records, faxing, emailing).
