Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions.
• Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow.
• Check clients in and out and process payments accurately.
• Maintain complete and accurate client and patient records.
• Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and support staff.
• Assist with prescription and medical-record requests.
• Handle sensitive or emotional situations with patience and compassion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed.
