Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability.
• Send appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages.
• Greet clients and ensure a positive experience during visits.
• Update client and patient records in the practice management system.
• Process billing transactions and insurance claims.
• Provide clients with post-visit instructions and follow-up care.
• Inform clients about services and how to book online or shop for pet products.
