Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments and insurance information.
• Verify and document insurance information.
• Schedule patients accurately in practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details and referrals to patients.
• Prepare and manage patient charts; maintain plan knowledge.
• Coordinate switchboard tasks and interpreters as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
