Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience in a retail or banking environment required.
• This position is eligible to be a 'key-holder' and, when designated, is entrusted as a member of the branch’s management team.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, deepen relationships, and grow market share.
• Cross-sell products/services (business loans, merchant services, insurance, investment services).
• Uncover needs, offer solutions, close business, onboard customers, and record contacts in the system.
• Participate in team meetings and branch sales goals; engage in divisional campaigns.
