Salem Five in Massachusetts is seeking a Universal Banker to serve customers across our growing branch network. You will handle both sales and teller duties, identify opportunities, and refer customers to cross-sell banking products and services.

You will build relationships, learn our digital tools, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting branch operations and team goals. A high school diploma and banking experience are required, with NMLS registration expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a retail or banking environment.
• Federally registered through the National Mortgage Licensing System.
• Excellent customer-service and sales orientation.
• Able to balance sales and teller duties as needed.
