Salem Five Bancorp is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our branch team in a role focused on building long-term relationships. You will identify sales opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and grow our market share across the communities we serve.

In collaboration with branch management and partners, you will uncover needs and refer customers to cross-sell products and services such as loans, insurance, and investments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in a retail or banking environment required.
• Proven ability to deliver a superior customer experience in a customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, deepen relationships, and grow market share.
• Cross-sell products and services such as business loans, insurance, and investments.
• Engage in sales activities: uncover needs, propose solutions, close business, onboard, and follow up.
• Participate in team meetings, support branch sales goals, and align with divisional campaigns.
• Build personal connections with customers and understand banking income/expense streams.
