Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Must be federally registered through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and records must be in good standing.
• NMLS IDs renew annually.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and grow Salem Five's market share in the communities it serves.
• Collaborate with branch management and internal business partners to cross-sell products and services such as business loans, merchant services, insurance, and investments.
• Engage in defined sales activities including uncovering customer needs, offering solutions, closing business, onboarding, follow-up, outbound calling, and logging contacts in the system.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to branch sales goals, and support divisional campaigns.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by making personal connections and understanding financial needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Salem Five's digital technology offerings and basic mobile/desktop tools.
