Job summary

Salem Five seeks a Universal Banker to join our retail banking team in Massachusetts. You will identify sales opportunities, deepen client relationships, and cross-sell products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain NMLS registration and maintain good standing.
• Retail banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and grow market share in the communities Salem Five serves.
• Cross-sell products and services such as business loans, merchant services, insurance, and investment services.
• Engage in activities to uncover customer needs, onboard clients, follow up, and log contacts in the Bank’s system.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute toward branch sales goals, and support divisional campaigns.
