Salem Five Bank is hiring a Universal Banker to identify sales opportunities and deepen community relationships. You will cross-sell products, engage customers with informed financial solutions, and support branch operations while maintaining strong digital and teller skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in a retail or banking environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Key-holder status and branch management duties as schedules dictate.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, deepen relationships, and grow market share in the communities served.
• Collaborate with branch management to cross-sell loans, merchant services, insurance, and investment products.
• Engage in defined sales activities: uncover needs, present solutions, close business, onboard, follow up, and document contacts.
• Participate in team meetings, support sales goals, and contribute to divisional campaigns.
• Maintain universal banking skills across sales and teller functions and adhere to branch operations policies.
